Description
HANDBOOK OF ISLAMIC TRADE
Fair Trading is a small and concise manual on the fiqh of trade. It is in non-specialist language and should be accessible to any Muslim who enters the marketplace to buy or sell. In reality each one of us does that every day. It has been distilled and simplified by Dr. Yate from his work on the Bidayat al-Mujtahid of Ibn Rushd, in which the author views the works of the imams of fiqh and brings a rational perspective to harmonise them.
