PayPal issues

If customers have any difficulties with PayPal on our site, please write to us at info@diwanpress.com with the titles you want, whether they are casebound or paperback, your name, address, email address and phone number, and we will send you an invoice for the books and handle payments through Paypal directly.

Brexit and Europe

Since 1 July 2021, orders to Europe have been subject to VAT and duty because of Brexit, which the customer will pay on receipt of the books.

NOTE: customs clearance to some European countries since Brexit is proving extremely slow with the result that orders to Europe can take some time.

PayPal and debit and credit cards

Diwan Press is now able to accept payments with debit and credit cards. Just proceed to the checkout.

Tracking

Neither Royal Mail Economy nor Royal Mail Standard provide facilities to track deliveries. If you need that, choose Parcelforce.
